i seem not to understand you, in my first email i had in mind of sending the ride to a friend in europe (online pal), but i thought of it that it will be better seeing this ride first before sending it to a friend.
i can not explain the IP problem but i am from cotonou, (BENIN REPUBLIC) where my shoe factory is located but right now i am in london with a friend on break, so i do not understand wat isreal has to do with this, i want to send it to my factory and tell my collegues to have a good look at it for real, cos i do not believe in pictures.

You have to contact any respectful car mover of YOUR choice, http://www.dasautoshippers.com/car_shipping.html for example (or anybody else) and negotiate with them conditions of transportation.
When you'll do this, you can transfer me money by Western Union or PayPal, when I'll get the funds, shipping company can pick up the car, keys and title. You will have confirmation from the shipping company.
If you feel uncomfortable to transfer money to person you don't really know, you can transfer all funds to car mover of your choice and the shipping company will pay me when they pick-up the car.

Специфика обналичивания несертифицированных чеков такова, что может пройти до 3-х месяцев, пока банк продавца разберется, покрыт ли действительно чек покупателя наличкой или это просто клочек бумаги.
Продавец с нормальной credit history тем временем видит, что деньги на счету (такова практика банков, если ты нормальный клиент, тебя как бы кредитуют на сумму внесенного чека до того времени, пока реальные деньги по нему не придут), спокойно отправляет машину и сдачу с расходов (которая в классическом варианте может составить несколько тысяч долларов), а через некоторое время его банк сообщает, что чек, который продавец внес на счет не покрыт наличкой.
Таким образом, продавец остается без машины, без налички на сумму разницы между непокрытым чеком и фактической стоимостью машины и расходами на отправку.
Разводка с PayPal работает еще проще: покупатель переводит нужную сумму на PayPal продавца, получает машину, а потом заявляет PayPal'у что машину не получил, или отказывается от покупки из-за того, что фактическая машина не соответствует рекламе и т.п.
Заява делается, скажем, на 44 день после сделки, PayPal автоматически отзывает деньги, claims по PayPal принимаются не позднее, если мне не изменяет память, 45 дней после совершения сделки. Занавес.
Зная эти схемы, легко можно вычислить жулье и выдвинуть условия, которые нормальному покупателю будет легко выполнить, но для аферистов они неприемлимы.
