Давным-давно я подгрузил фотографию машины в их галерею, а сегодня мне неожиданно прислали вот такой e-mail:

«Dear Val,
We found your e-mail address in the gallery of the www.bimmerstories.la website, where you uploaded a photo of your BMW 635CSI a while ago.
We are a Munich-based agency and run this website for BMW Classic. The BMW Museum in Munich is currently planning an exhibition on the theme of “Youngtimers” (recent classics) and would very much like to exhibit your photo, along with many others, on a Community Wall in the Museum. On behalf of the BMW Museum, we would like to request your consent to the use of your BMW photo and the publishing of your name on the Community Wall.
The exhibition begins on 10 February and runs until 03 May 2015. The BMW Museum attracts 400,000 to 500,000 visitors a year and this exhibition will receive prominent coverage in all media.
If we have managed to spark your interest and can persuade you to support this BMW Community project, may we kindly ask you to reply to this e-mail. It would be a declaration of your consent to our using your photo free of charge as part of the BMW Youngtimer exhibition. The photo would be used exclusively for this exhibition.

Очень круто, что не просто взяли фотографию, а спросили разрешение, которое я тут же дал, и, конечно, то, что фотография какое-то время будет висеть в Музее BMW в Мюнхене, где мы были прошлым летом.
