In fair shape for the age, but will still need lots of work.

The camper, itself, is 10' 6". The total from bumper to hitch is 13'4"
Inside the camper is 10' long by 6' wide & just under 6' high
There is some dry rot in the floor, at the back, but can probably be fixed from outside. On the inside of the door, and some paneling, the old panels have separated.
This camper has been stored inside a large storage shed for years. We bought it from a Grandson of the original owner. All he knew was that his Grampa bought it new & it was built in 1952 in Calgary, Alberta.
