kvpбыстрому продвижению домашних проектов, требующих приложения грубой силы.
Два часа на телефоне, 50 e-mails и вот - через два часа после рабочего дня оставшиеся три цилиндра сделаны.
Выяснилось, что напильники забиваются довольно быстро и плавят пластик если торопиться или дать слишком много давления, но полукруглый напильник, обернутый грубой наждачкой решил проблему.
Второй проход водостойкой мелкой наждачкой, полировка для пластика - и цилиндры ходят легко и непринужденно в стаканах!
Но легкости работы нет - все и везде как-то немного подклинивает и зависает, благодаря кривым деталькам блока цилиндров, поддона и коленвала. Думаю пока оставить так как есть и собрать с ребенком клапанную крышку, а там посмотрим - словит клина если - разберем и будем думать что там еще напильником можно доработать.
UPD: А самое интересное еще впереди:
"I bought this for my son for Christmas. During assembly, I noticed many flaws and problems, rendering this kit junk. Here are the flaws and problems:
1) The cylinders in the block had molding defects in them. Each cylinder had a bulge molded in it that make it impossible for the pistons to even fit in the cylinder much less move up and down. We ended up grinding out the bulges on a drill press, which left scratched portions in the cylinder walls, making it difficult to see.

2) The cam shaft needs to be assembled, but the directions are terrible. Also, two of the eight cam lobes were missing.
А потом:
3) The screws are VERY hard to put in, even for an adult. Impossible for a kid to put in.
4) The timing belt will not stay on for more than a few rotations, and there is no was to fix it.
5) The spark plug firing order on the distributor does not in any way match the firing order in the instructions.
6) The directions are terrible, and the so called poster on the other side is a joke. It's not a good explanation of how an engine works. Half of it is a giant ad for Smithsonian."
