I am looking to sell my 1980 Lincoln Mark VI Givenchy edition coupe.
This car is originally from Miami Florida. I have never driven this car in the winter and has been my summer daily driver. Interior was replaced from a doner car 8 years ago. Also, the body was painted white around the same time. This car is NOT perfect but, would make a great project. I have put alot of work into this car to make it half decent. The body has around 70K miles and has had a lowmileage, rebuilt 5.8L/351W installed two years ago. Also, it has shorty headers and 2bbl holley carb. I also installed 3.73 rear axle gears to improve in town driving. The body does have rust but, nothing major. Just a couple little areas around the trunk and doors. Frame, floors and rockers are solid. Also have spare parts to go with the car. Pictures are from last spring.
Some recent work done to this car includes...
-brakes all around.
-shocks all around.
-swaybar links.
-drive shaft u-joints.
-tires.
-upper control arm bushings.
-upper ball joints.
-new altenator, volatge regulator and belt.
-heater core.
-fuel pump.
-battery.
-msd ignition box.
Some things this car will need...
-steering column.
-steering box.
-speedometer cable.
-minor hidden rust/cosmetic work.
I am asking $1700 OBO. Please contact me if interested and we can negotiate. I am motivated to sell this car before summer but, will not give it away. Going to have to do a little better than $500.

- данный конкретный экземпляр не явдяется оригинальным (заменв двигла, дифа, наверняка что-то еще) и требует еще работы и деталей. С новой колонкой и что там еще надо как раз и дойдет то штук 4-6.
- желающих на них пока немного - у людей с баблом другие приоритеты, для коллекционеров не интересен (не оригинал), то есть круг покупателей стремительно сужается :)
Про road-legal у нас так - если пропустил покупку стирера на номер, то чтобы на следующий год купить, придется от механика бумажку принести что машина нормальная. Техосмотр покрывант только самые основные вещи - структурную ржавчину, свет, томоза, дворники, приборы.
Гайки все в багажнике- он же написал - spares to go with the car :)
Там же и костюмчик белый, я думаю :))
